| We require a one night minimum deposit at the time of reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival (60 days prior to arrival for holiday reservations). Our policy for cancellations is that we are non-refundable less than 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival will be charged a 15% cancellation fee.
We are a non-smoking facility. If smoking occurs there will be a $200.00 per day fee and we
reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund. No pets are permitted. A nearby
kennel will board your pet for their customary fees, or we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund.
